This site in the Ayalon Valley has a distinguishing airflow, allowing the vines to cool in the evening from the average daily temperatures. Aged for 18 months in new French oak, it is deep, powerful, and full bodied, featuring intense notes of black fruit (plum, blackberry), floral undertones, and tobacco. Staff Note
